Joe Patton - President/General Manager
Joe started working for Patton Construction in 1985. Joe graduated from Purdue University's School of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management. In 2000 Joe purchased the business from his father, Ed Patton. With Joe as the owner Patton Construction has grown into a multilayered company. Patton Construction still does its exceptional work on gas pipelines, but they have also expanded their expertise into Sewer\Water and Electrical\Telecom Conduit. Joe oversees all company operations and sales.
Steve Hruska - Project Manager
Steve has been employed at Patton Construction since 2001. He attended Purdue University with a focus in Building Construction Management and Contracting. Steve has extensive experience in underground construction and oversees projects relating to directional boring, water, sewer, concrete, asphalt, telecom, electrical, and general excavation.
Leisha Mailloux – Office Manager
Leisha has been employed by Patton Construction since 1994. She is directly responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Patton office. She is responsible for maintaining all office operations and procedures. Leisha handles all payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, insurance, and any personnel issues.
David Johnson – Project Coordinator
David has been employed by Patton Construction since 1986. He is a graduate of Harrison High School. He is responsible for keeping all the Bare Steel Cast Iron projects organized and on track from beginning to end. He sets up all the paperwork for site locations, Indiana 811, and any other permits needed to complete the job. He is currently working in Crawfordsville, Indiana for Vectren's BS/CI Northwest division replacing bare steel gas pipe with plastic pipeline.
Duffy Anthrop – Project Coordinator
Duffy has been employed by Patton Construction since 2014. Duffy attended Wabash College. He is responsible for the Lafayette and West Lafayette gas pipeline project. He sets up all paperwork for site locations, Indiana 811, and all other permits needed. He is also responsible for keeping the project organized and on track from start to finish. Duffy also does all Patton’s sewer locates for Vectren Energy.
